The Benue State Government is set to begin implementing its Medical and Dental Students Bond Scheme, with eligible beneficiaries expected to receive ₦150,000 monthly until graduation.
That amounts to ₦1.8 million annually for each beneficiary.
The scheme targets eligible Benue indigenes studying Medicine and Dentistry, particularly students from 400 level and above.
Beneficiaries will also be required to serve Benue State for two years after graduation under the terms of the programme.
Appointment letters are scheduled for collection on Monday, October 5, 2026, according to information from the Benue State Ministry of Health.
