Kuje council says primary healthcare remodelling has begun
The chairman’s 100-day account includes drug-supply approval and assessments of local facilities.
Kuje Area Council chairman Danjuma Shekwolo says his administration has begun remodelling primary healthcare facilities and approved the supply of essential medicines. He gave the account at a 100-day event in Abuja, the News Agency of Nigeria reported on 27 September.
Shekwolo said officials had visited health centres to assess their condition. He also described support for vulnerable residents and related work on sanitation, water supply and public-school infrastructure.
These are the council chairman’s reported progress claims. The announcement does not provide a facility-by-facility completion timetable, medicine stock list or independently verified service-availability assessment. Residents seeking care should confirm the current services at their chosen facility.
