Gombe PDP schedules repeat governorship primary for 29 September

The PDP in Gombe State has scheduled a repeat governorship primary for Tuesday, 29 September. Premium Times reported the announcement on 25 September, citing state publicity secretary Muhammad Dukku.
The Federal High Court in Gombe had nullified the party’s 26 May primary and ordered a new exercise within 30 days. Isa Pantami, Hamisu Mailantarki and Usman Garry were identified as expected contestants.
